WCSU 2016 – Midtown Coffeehouse schedule-Fall 2016
DANBURY, CONN. — Western Connecticut State University has released its Midtown Coffeehouse schedule for fall 2016. The Coffeehouse will feature a weekly 8 p.m. open mic, followed at 9 p.m. by a feature act performance, on Thursdays during the fall semester in the Colonial Corner (formerly the downstairs cafeteria and snack bar, Student Center) on the Midtown campus, 181 White St. in Danbury. Admission is free and open to the public, although donations to support the Coffeehouse are welcome and appreciated.
Upcoming performers will include:
- Sept. 15: Singer-songwriter Matt Sucich from Queens, New York. Sucich’s eclectic blend of rock and folk has graced the stage at Firefly Music Festival, Newport Folk Festival, Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival and many other famous venues around the country.
