9:00 – 9:25 a.m.	Orientation Leader Group Meeting Students will meet their Orientation Leader and others in their group and prepare for an exciting 2 days!	Quad (Rain site: Warner 101, Higgins Lobby, Wolves Den, Bill Williams Gym)
9:30 – 10:00 a.m.	Welcome Ceremony Students and their families will hear from university leaders as we welcome New Wolves to the Pack!	White Hall, Ives Concert Hall
10:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.	Rotations ID’s (10 Minutes) ITI (30 Minutes) Group Activities	IDs: WESTCONNect Office IT&I: Math Emporium, Higgins Hall Group Activities: Various

12:15 – 1:00 p.m.	NCAA Student-Athletes Session and Lunch Student-Athletes and their parents will meet with the Director of Athletics, Head Athletic Trainer, and Compliance Coordinator to discuss eligibility, health insurance, and other important information pertaining to participating in athletics at WestConn. *this group has been notified of their schedule	White Hall 127
1:00 – 2:15 p.m.	Campus Connections Tour Part A Students will meet and engage with important resources on campus to familiarize themselves with the incredible support systems we have to help them succeed.	Various Locations
2:15 – 2:35 p.m.	Break	Berkshire Hall
2:35 – 3:35 p.m.	Campus Connections Tour Part B Students will meet and engage with important resources on campus to familiarize themselves with the incredible support systems we have to help them succeed.	Various Locations
3:40 – 5:30 p.m.	Getting Engaged on Campus 1. Beginning College Survey of Student Engagement (BCSSE)(30 minutes) 2. Recreation (30 minutes) The Rec staff will highlight our club sports, intramurals, and how we promote wellbeing within the University community. 3. 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.	Dinner	Berkshire Hall
6:30 – 8:00 p.m.	PlayFair Enjoy some entertainment, games, and meet new classmates!	Quad (Rain site: Bill Williams Gym)
8:00 – 8:15 p.m.	RD Talk Meet your Resident Director for the overnight session.	Quad (Rain site: Bill Williams Gym)
8:15 – 11:30 p.m.	Evening Activities Enjoy some time with your new friends while experiencing evening activities in the Student Center.	Newbury Hall

10:00 – 10:30 a.m.	Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion and Title IX Students will review the protections against harassment/discrimination, the importance of consent, alcohol/drug safety, reporting options, and available resources and supports.	White Hall, Ives Concert Hall
10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.	Academic Program Information Students will meet their Academic Dean and Faculty members to learn more about what to expect in their major as they embark on their academic journey.	Various Locations: White Hall, Higgins, WSCB, VPAC

2:30 – 2:45 p.m.	Visual and Performing Arts See the incredible talent of our VPA students and all that our VPAC has to offer our students and the community. Students can watch the highlights of our 2025-2026 performances!	VPAC
2:45 – 3:15 p.m.	Closing Ceremony As we conclude this program, students will hear from University members, their Orientation Leaders, reflect on their experience, and hear about what’s next as they prepare for the start of their college career.	Hagman Concert Hall
3:15 p.m.	Shuttle Return to Midtown
3:30 – 4:30 p.m.	Check-Out Students will return to their rooms to gather their belongings, return their key, get their student ID card if ready, and have the chance to visit the Bookstore and other offices during regular business hours.	Newbury Hall
