Classroom Workshops
The TRC offers a variety of study skills and academic success workshops for faculty and staff. Remote presentations available by request! Topics include:
- Intro to the TRC & how to set up a MyWCOnline account
- Active learning & studying strategies
- Time-management, prioritizing, & balancing life and academics
- Note-taking & reading strategies
- Overcoming test anxiety & preparing for exams
- Academic goal setting & GPA calculations
TRC staff are also happy to work with faculty to combine or modify topics to best fit their classes and curricula or to take suggestions on topics that are not currently being offered!
