28th ANNUAL JAZZ FEST FEATURING WCSU JAZZ GROUPS: Jazz Fest Thursday returns with some outstanding groups: Jazz Combos, Vocal Jazz and Jazz Ensemble will kick off the 28th annual Jazz Fest!

From 7 to 9 p.m. in the Veronica Hagman Concert Hall in the Visual and Performing Arts Center on the Westside campus.
