ENTERING THE GATES CEREMONY: All first-year and new transfer students will gather and process through the university gates on White Street to mark the tradition of beginning a new chapter at WCSU. Our Spirit Band will play and parents, alumni, faculty and staff will cheer them on as they become part of the WestConn community. Remarks from university leadership will welcome our new students and then we invite everyone to stay for refreshments, snacks, music, games and fun that will take place on the Midtown campus Quad from 1 to 3 p.m.
