Call for Papers
The Spring 2026 CSU Making History Conference of the CSU History Departments will be held at WCSU on Friday, April 10 on our midtown campus: 181 White Street, Danbury. The goal of the conference is to promote CSU student research, to further academic exchange among our departments, and to celebrate our common interest in history.

Registration is free and lunch will be provided.

The faculty of the four CSU History Departments invite undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and recent alumni from any of the four CSU History Departments to submit proposals for papers, panels, or roundtable discussions.
Proposals are due by March 6, 2026, and may be sent by email to Prof. Kate Allocco (alloccok@wcsu.edu). Please include “CSU Making History Conference” in the subject line.
Please make sure your proposal includes the following information:

· Your name and university affiliation
· Paper title
· 250-word abstract
· Any audio-visual needs.
