Having documents Apostilled means that they will be recognized in the country of its intended use without further certification. The Office of the Registrar can assist you in having your transcripts and diploma Apostilled. You should contact the foreign government usually though their embassy or consulate, prior to starting this process to ensure that they will be accepted.
Please note that it may take several weeks to print your transcript and have it notarized on campus.
