| 1. Create a welcoming and encouraging space for speech about racialized injustices. |
| 2. Assist individuals experiencing racial injustice to find support and engage in individual advocacy. |
| 3. Recognize, identify and bring attention to racial injustices including both instances of individualized racism and systemic racialized oppression on campus. |
| 4. Facilitate the actions necessary to dismantle and replace racist policies, practices, and institutional norms. |
| 5. Promote and support nondiscriminatory university policies and practices. |
| 6. Advocate on matters of racial justice through educational engagement when and wherever needed. |
