For Part-Time Extension Fund Students Only
100% Refund Deadline is first week of class.
50% Refund Deadline is second and third week of class.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS AND/OR NAME
Notify the Dean’s Office if you change your address and/or name. Include your student number and both the old and new information.

IMPORTANT HEALTH NOTICE
Please be sure to include your Immunization History Health form prior to registration.

WESTCONNECT CARDS (ID CARD)
To accommodate our Waterbury students, the WESTCONNect Card Office, in conjunction with the Western at Waterbury Dean’s office, will provide Waterbury students a WESTCONNect card at the Waterbury campus. Find out more information.
