The original banquet was going to be held on
Friday, May 8, 2020
in the WCSU Feldman Arena!
We’re bringing the banquet home to WCSU!

Student Organizations will be asked to complete an SGA Annual Report that will be used to award the SLRB Committee Awards. Due April 1, 2020.

Student Organization Attendance Forms for individual students are due as soon as possible and no later than April 24, 2020.

Use the Additional Attendance Form to become a sponsor and/or invite additional students.

Invitations will be mailed out to student organization presidents, vice presidents, advisors, and honored guests. No additional invitations will be mailed unless specifically requested. If you were invited but cannot attend, you need to let us know before Friday, April 24, 2020 or your organization will be charged. This is also the cut-off date for names to be listed in the program for organizations and students alike.

If your student organization would like to become a sponsor and make a donation, the following levels are available.

  • Gold Level – $300 will permit 7 additional guests
    (one reserved table of 10)
  • Blue Level – $115 will permit 2 additional guests
    (1/2 reserved table of 5)

At a cost of $36 per person, anyone who would like to attend the banquet (family members, friends, faculty/staff) may do so as long as they have registered and paid before the event. Outside organizations from the Greater Danbury Area are invited to become sponsors.
$25 – sponsor will be listed in the program
$50 – a business card sized ad will be printed in the program (needs to be submitted camera ready)
$500 – buys a table for 10 at the banquet


Parents/Guests

Parents/Guests are very welcome to attend this special celebration but are asked to pay for their meal at a cost of $36 per person. Students should let us know if they would like their parents or other guests to be invited.
