Student Leadership Recognition Banquet

Student Leadership Recognition Banquet
was held in the Amber Room Colonnade on
Friday, May 3, 2024 at 5 p.m.

Student Organizations will be asked to complete an SGA Annual Report that will be used to award the SLRB Committee Awards.

Information for Spring 2024

All those invited to the banquet will receive an invitation via email with a link to the individual RSVP form. Invitations will be mailed out to student organization presidents, vice presidents, advisors, and honored guests. Please let us know as soon as possible whether or not you plan to attend, but no later than Saturday, April 20, 2024.

If your student organization would like to sponsor a table at the banquet , please have a meeting to discuss who will attend, complete the payment voucher and upload the meeting minutes, and submit a payment voucher on Wolves Connect (previously known as Engage).

  • Gold Level – $350 will permit 7 additional guests
    (one reserved table of 10)

At a cost of $50 per person, anyone who would like to attend the banquet (family members, friends, faculty/staff) may do so as long as they have registered and paid before the event. Outside organizations from the Greater Danbury Area are invited to become sponsors.
$25 – sponsor will be listed in the program
$50 – a business card sized ad will be added to the online program (please submit a jpg version of the image)
$500 – buys a table for 8 at the banquet – (Platinum Sponsor)

Checks should be made out to “WCSU – Student Leadership Recognition Banquet” and mailed to WCSU, 181 White Street, Danbury, CT 06810, Attn: Student Affairs.


Parents/Guests

Parents/Guests are very welcome to attend this special celebration but are asked to pay for their meal at a cost of $50 per person. Students should let us know if they would like their parents or other guests to be invited.
