Rée LeBlanc Gunter, Ph.D.
Director
Dr. Gunter is a clinical psychologist.  She received her Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Gunter has experiences working in community outpatient clinics, private practice and university counseling centers.  Dr. Gunter’s areas of special interests are multicultural counseling, as well as consultation and outreach.

Valerie A. Smith, LCSW
Counselor
Ms. Smith is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  She received her Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University.  She has primarily worked in mental health outpatient setting, providing trauma informed individual, family, and group therapy. Her areas of special interest are identity development and individual wellness.  Individual wellness includes emotional, mental, spiritual, social, physical, and environmental in order to achieve optimal health and well-being.

Holly L. Colón, LPC, LADC
Counselor
Ms. Colon is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.  She received her Master of Science in Counselor Education with specialization in Clinical Mental Counseling from Western Connecticut State University. She has worked in private practice, behavioral health/substance abuse treatment outpatient setting and mental health inpatient settings during her career. Her areas of special interest are multicultural counseling and substance abuse counseling. Ms. Colon is bilingual, fluent in Spanish.
