Grasso was the original residence hall on the Westside campus. It consists mainly of quad apartments with complete kitchens and bathrooms. Laundry facilities are located on the first and third floors. Grasso’s lounge is a multipurpose game and gathering lounge, with several rooms set aside as private small group study rooms.
Grasso Hall is available to students who are at least 20 years of age at the start of the semester, or who have earned at least 24 credits.
Grasso Hall requires that all students be on the Blue meal plan, but Grasso students may opt to upgrade to any of the other meal plans (Blue Plus, Gold, Gold Plus, Platinum, Platinum Plus, or Ultimate.) More information on meal plans can be found on the Housing Costs page or the Sodexo Campus Dining page.
