Housing & Residence Life : The Residence Halls

Newbury

Newbury Hall is available for fall 2021 assignments at this time.

Newbury Hall is the tallest of the Midtown residence halls, at 5 stories.  It houses mainly first year students in traditional double rooms.  Bathrooms, laundry, and lounges with kitchenettes are located centrally on floors 2 – 5.  For years the home of the Housing & Residence Life offices, Newbury’s first floor is set to undergo renovations soon to become the university’s wellness center.

Requirements:

Newbury Hall is open to first year students.

Newbury Hall requires that all students be on the Ultimate, Platinum, or Platinum Plus meal plans.  Students who do not select their own plan will be defaulted to the Ultimate Plan.  More information on meal plans can be found on the Housing Costs page or the Sodexo Campus Dining page.
