We were advised by the Comptroller’s office that the Retirement Commission is in the process of applying to the IRS for a determination of the State Employee’s Retirement System (SERS) retirement plan’s qualified status. As part of that application process, notice must be made available to all current SERS members by posting a copy of the notice in the same areas and manner that we post other required workplace postings and announcements.
